Main St. in downtown Stuttgart. Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce CEO and President Bethany Hildebrand said the concert is free in the city’s newest venue.“We have heard for many years that everyone wants us to have live entertainment downtown. We are thrilled this year to have the pocket park downtown as a venue that is away from all the duck calling,” Hildebrand said.The music starts at 5 p.m. with local artists Cam Shelton and Anna Brinker. American country band Midnight South from Central Arkansas will perform at 7 p.m.“Be sure to bring a chair. It will be a great night in downtown Stuttgart,” Hildebrand said.A cash bar will be available for guests 21 and older.A list of all festival events is available on the Wings Over the Prairie Festival website.
